Boarding Houses

 

Pragati creates an inviting experience to the students for the boarding school from grade 6 to 12 . To help them thrive in the new home, we support them with a wide range of activities that result in academic excellence and overall well-being.

Our wardens play a key role by working closely with students to ensure a healthy, positive and academic environment for them. At Pragati, our effort is to bring in an atmosphere of a home away from Home.

Application forms and prospectus for Boarding facility Pragati Kids & Other Grades can be obtained from the admissions office or through our website. Students will be considered for admissions to the appropriate grade based on their current age, and corresponding grade. Admissions are subject to the availability of seats. The school fee includes books, basic stationery and food ( lunch). Complete details of other facilities such as boarding, transport, uniforms, and related fees will be provided by the admissions office on request.

  • Communication with Parents

    We stress the importance of regular contact/feedback with parents on your child’s academic progress, improvement areas, values, school activities, etc. Parents would be kept posted on all these fronts at the end of each assessment cycle through Assessment Reports, which the parent need to sign & return.

    Parents otherwise are free to be in touch with the leadership team, Class teachers over the phone after school hours (i.e. between 3.30 pm -5.00 pm). The individual meeting can be arranged on prior appointment.

  • Visitors

    Parents are requested to provide the list of names, relationships, contact numbers with photographs of relatives who would visit your child at the school. Parents of residential students need to provide the complete details of the local guardian.
  • Other communication

    Parents of residential students can avail the 15-minute phone time with their child per week & the student can use the internet facility for one hour every week. Mobile phones are a strict “No Zone” in PA

  • Student outing

    Residential students outing, once a term as specified in the calendar, shall be done thro an approved personnel accompanying them.

  • Dress code

    Students are expected to be dressed appropriate and are required to wear the school uniform during school hours and during school outing unless specified by the school.
