• Shared responsibility for respective grades, results & activities - Teachers / Students
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, take corrective steps of students within their respective grades
• Behavioural - Create an environment of orderliness, mutual respect & success
• Provide intellectual leadership to the Principal, Value add to decision making
• Drive, Execute & implement key actions identified by the Management team

Our faculty is a mix of in-house experience and new talent recruited on merit committed to our vision.
The team comprise Grade Heads, Class Heads, and Teachers
The responsibility that includes,

• Frequent monitoring of student academic progress
• Identify problem areas (if any), suggest corrective steps & Internally assess & record progress (includes academic & behavioural)
• Inculcate awareness & respect for tradition, Indian values & culture.
• Spearhead assigned clubs & ensure achievement of desired results.
